Paul Thompson Memories

Paul played for the club in the mid seventies, mostly on the wing and always in a pair of his Mum's hand knitted and extremely sensible socks!

Digging through some archives I found an account of the 1979 Bodmin Tour. I don't remember reading it at the time and Paul doesn't remember writing it, but none the less it brings back some classic memories of hours of incarceration bouncing around on mattresses in the back of a windowless Luton van, that being all we could afford to get the boys down to Bodmin.

I think Paul's prowess on the typewriter deserves to be shared as do the memories of this tour in a Luton furniture van!
